See you at Ragnar Los Coyotes Nov 8-10!

los coyotes freeze-dried race meals for ragnar

I was first introduced to Ragnar a few years back when I joined a Tahoe trail team. I've yet to participate in another event quite like it - hundreds of athletes tenting in a village, making meals and sharing a communal love of endurance sports. I still vividly remember running my 8 mile leg at midnight through the woods and seeing other racers' headlights bobbing up and down the trail.

Unless you've completed a Ragnar, it's tough to communicate how truly special these events are! So when the opportunity presented itself to have a vendor space down at the Los Coyotes Ragnar Trail Relay, I jumped on it and (literally) squealed with excitement!

So get ready, Ragnarians! Bushka's Kitchen will have a 10x10 tent selling our ready to eat, freeze-dried meals to help YOU stay energized, stay focused, and have the best time ever! Our team will be down there November 8th through 10th, so stop by to say hi, stock up on some extra fuel, and enter a post race giveaway!

See you down in SoCal!

Now, as a self-proclaimed coffee addict, I’ll admit that criteria #1 completely depends on the quality and freshness of the coffee beans and what your taste for coffee is. I like a black mug of joe from medium to light roasted beans.
