This bowl is that breakfast: banana-coconut-citrus-infused chia seed pudding topped with pineapple, kiwi, unsweetened coconut flakes, and a touch of vanilla. It’s ultra-yummy and packed with just enough healthy fibers and fats to activate your body’s energy reserves.

This is my go to in the morning when I need a filling start to the day! This is by far my most favorite meal and is so delicious!
This breakfast checks all the boxes for me. Incredibly Delicious and filling without being heavy. Able to be made with hot or cold water for those of us that don't always want to carry a stove. Junk Free! Made with good foods full of fiber and protein. Dairy and Meat free. When I'm really hungry I stir in some peanut butter. Also makes a delicious dessert. There are not enough good things I can say about this! I've tried a LOT of backpacking meals and this is over and above my favorite.
I love this for breakfast in the backcountry before starting a long day of trekking. It's warm, totally healthy and filled with chia seeds which are an amazing superfood! Would be great to have other flavors too. Love that it's vegan and gluten free!

Love the bowel! Perfect for camping and there’s nothing better than a warm breakfast in the morning. If I could change one thing, I would make it a little more sweet. Add some stevia or something to enhance the taste. But, it’s a great meal!
