I cannot say enough amazing things about this meal! It is so flavorful and delicious my mouth was still watering through to the last bite! I loved it so much I bought a whole case worth both for my go bag (earthquake emergency bag) for my family, AND for our backpacking trips (read: multiple). At just under 600 calories it's not as calorie dense as say other BP meals that count up near 800, but our family has some sodium sensitivities, so this meal hit just the right spot for what is tolerable for high calorie, protein heavy, and sodium intake. Bottom line: This MRE is one of the healthiest options out there if you're not making it yourself and dehydrating it yourself! Thank you, Deana!!!!
